Terms and Conditions: Pre-order items

These Terms & Conditions apply when you pre-order a product from Funko UK Ltd online. By placing a pre-order you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, so please read them carefully before you place a pre-order and keep a copy or note for your records.

Placing a pre-order

Pre-released orders (“Pre-orders”) are orders for products (“Products”) that are not yet available for general sale from Funko UK Ltd.

In order to place a Pre-order, you will need to provide certain information, including but not limited to your name, address and billing information. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate and up to date.  If we do not have accurate information, we will not be able to keep you informed.

Payments

Pre-order payments do not guarantee availability of the Product but represent your offer to buy the Product when it is generally released for sale.  We reserve the right not to accept your Offer and the your Offer is only accepted once the Pre-ordered product is despatched.

When you place a Pre-order you will need to pay the full upfront price of the Product. You may cancel your Pre-order and get a full refund of your Pre-order Payments at any time before the Product has been despatched by contacting Customer Service.

Delivery

The orders will be shipped to you once available. For some areas delivery will take longer.

Release dates are subject to change. As a result, we cannot be liable for any changes to Release dates or Pre-order windows advertised by us.

Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped as a single order once the pre-order item is in stock. Please note that the entire order will be held until the pre-order item becomes available. If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel a Pre-order at any time for any or no reason prior to our notice to you that the Product has been despatched (“Despatch Notice”). Cancellations can be actioned up to the fulfilment date shown on the product page when you pre-order, you will be entitled to a full refund of your Pre-order payment.

If you wish to cancel an order please reach out to our customer support team. The entire order will need to be cancelled we cannot cancel part of the order.

Promotional Codes

Pre-order items are not eligible for any discounts or promotional codes. This includes, but is not limited to, site-wide discounts, seasonal promotions, and individual promo codes. Discounts and promotions are applicable only to in-stock items and cannot be applied to items that are currently on pre-order.
